There are several signs that indicate you've had contact with the faery realm. Such as: Somehow losing an hour or more that you can't account for. Can anyone tell me some of the others?

I think you misunderstand. i have had MUCH contact with the fae realms. I was wondering if anyone else had had such contact or knew what to look for if they had.

Being as I am not very Fae sensitive but instead married to a woman who is my experiences are a lil different. To most people, when they first meet me I am described as very lupine in nature and that is understandable as I am very much a wolf. SO my contacts with Fae are mostly being harassed and annoyed because my senses are a lil more finely tuned than most. I smell things that aren't there, I hear giggles when I'm alone and the seem to love to play with my tail. GRRRRR wonder if faeries taste good with ketchup

Not only does time seem to disappear, but reality appears very intensely when I encounter the fae, lol!
I often smell roses just before I'm about to be privileged to a "visit"... I often come out of the visit realizing I've just been given a "choice" that I have no choice but to "do" in some way, such as in instructions on how to change my life so it will improve. I suddenly realize that this "choice" is not just the only way, but the best way, and am often rather baffled that I didn't think of it before, lol!
I often get suddenly and rudely startled awake at anywhere between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. for no apparent reason, sometimes I discover a stern little gnome staring at me intensely or a "being" in the room, sometimes I don't know why I've been awakened but can feel "something" has occurred, because the air in the room is "undulating". The air "breathes" in and of itself. It's hard to explain. I have interpreted that to mean my fae friends have been busy helping me in some way, and I felt the "ripple".
Ok, that's three signs... well, actually four.

My 3yr old sees the faries, She said they are her teachers. I know they have been around when she suddenly comes up with some titbit of wisdom that she has not learnt elsewhere. At present she is learning to heal ( reki) and no one on this earthly plane is teaching her....
