Nordstrom. I know most of Nordstrom is pretty expensive, but the stuff in the BP section isn't! go to nordstrom.com and go to juniors. They have fabulous dresses and i bought my prom dress there for about 70$.

weellll. it depends what kind of dresses you are looking for and what your price range is but online i like to go to dillards.com or forever21.com they have the most adorable knee length dresses! you should check em out!
