4 Days ago I Lifted some weights, and everything was alright till the next day I woke up with soreness on both arms. Its been 4 days and the pain hasn't subsided and in fact its gone worst.Help
is this normal or should i go see a doctor?

Help is this normal or should i go see a doctor? I have no routine because this is my first time lifting weights,but anyway I lifted 210 and my body weight is 135.

What lift were you attempting when you hurt yourself. Also what weights were you attempting and how much more then your normal routine. It may just be routine soreness from pushing yourself to hard. Answer me back and ill be able to give you more advice. Well if this is your first time lifting then you are just sore. Dont go to the doctor but maybe try and get some kind of glutamine and potassium supplements to help keep your soreness level down. If you work out right it should really be sore every time you work out. Dont over do it but gradually work up to good weights. Do weights you know u can handle and then gradually add more when you are ready too. Dont rush it.

You have overdone the muscles in your arms. The best thing to do is put ice packs on for 20 minutes every so often. This will take time to heal as does any major muscle. Good luck.
