Take a breath and realize that you're great too! Just as great as she is. You should just be yourself, because I'm sure yourself is a great self to be. Don't try to be more interesting, smarter, funnier, or better in any way than you already are, because it will make you look silly. Be you, and let her see you. Other than that, I've got nothing. Oh! But don't eat garlic; you're right: it's not sexy. Try a breath strip instead. They're powerful and inconspicuous.

It helps me sometimes to have something to offer like a thoughtful gift to bring or to share. Is there a favorite food, treat, or music disc your crush likes? If you think of this person in advance and bring something like that, it makes it fun to have a surprise, and also gives you something to focus on you know will be liked and appreciated. That helps me not to be nervous, to bring something I already know will work.
It also lets that person know you were thinking of them.
