How sad is it that this country cannot stay out of wars which are pointless and unwinnable. There hasn't been a justifiable war since World War II. The wars between then and now have been over money or political ideology. Korea, Vietnam, Panama, Gulf War, etc.
The simple fact is this. The United States can win any war that is justifiable, but we won't support the continuation of wars that are not. This war is not justifiable, and most of us have known that from the beginning.
Over half of the U.S. wants us out of Iraq. Over half of the Iraqis think that attacking U.S. troops is a good thing.
This is an absolutely, plain as the nose on your face, issue.
IT IS TIME TO PACK IT UP AND COME HOME. Caps intended.

democrats dont want us to win any war. they want to "talk" their way out of this and it will not work. they will not be happy until america an islamic nation. then they think we will be safe from terrorists. only problem with that is that hate all of us, even the libs who champion their cause, but they dont get it. they will hope everything will be ok, but in reality the only thing it will get them is perhaps being decapitated last for their trouble!

They do not WANT to win any war. They think we can win all conflicts, whether its in Iraq or with the local child molester, with negotiations. They do not understand that some people are just plain evil and need to be crushed to keep the good people safe!

Its not only Democrats that think that the majority of the world think Bush has created an even more dangerous world than before 9/11 by invading Iraq.

No, I think it's sad that Bush won't listen to his own man in charge over there:

"There is no military solution to a problem like that in Iraq, to the insurgency of Iraq," Petraeus told a news conference, adding that political negotiations were crucial to forging any lasting peace.

When Bush starts putting as much effort into a political solution to the Iraqi government as he does to these continuing failed military operations, then I'll stop being disgusted with his incompetence. Until then, The Decider can keep swimming in this pool of mud until he has to hand this mess over to the next President, who will spend a great deal of time cleaning up Bush's mess.
