1 mole of (NH4)3PO4 contains 3 moles of NH4, convert that to number of molecules using avogadro's number. (3 mols)(6.02214 x 10^23 molecules / 1 mol) You should get 1.81 x 10^24 molecules of NH4.

One mole (NH4)3PO4 contains 3 x 6.02 x 10^23 ammonium ions.

18 x 10^23 = 1.8 x 10^24 ammonium ions
