Hmmmm - I'd lose Uggla the first chance you get. Last season's numbers were not indictive of his career minor league averages. I expect him to regress in BA and power numbers. You have Freel who is a nice fit in that slot. I'd looks to get some power at 3B.
Unless Holds is a category in your league - I'd lose Proctor and Shields - get another closer or someone who might have a chance of closing (Capps, McDougal, Otsuka) or even Frasor or Wheeler if they is still available.
If you are only 12 deep league - look to drop westbrook and Hernandez as well and add some other SP's. Ramon Ortiz, Kip Wells, Jeremy Sowers, David Bush, John Maine, Randy Wolf, Daniel Cabrera are all better options

Well you have a decent team here. I see a few problem spots though. The outfield is somewhat weak, even though you do have Soriano and Dejesus on the bench. The pitching also isnt that great. You have some middle reliever but your starting pitching isnt very deep. Try picking up Boof Bonser or Mark Buehrle(if hes still available).

Outfield is fine when Soriano is healthy. Your pitching needs some work. You have only 1 closer and no great dominate ace. Try to get a guy like Oswalt. Great innings and good K's.

Your OF is pretty pathetic. Get guys like Quentin, and Hamilton for Church, and Thomas. Proctor isnt needed at all get another starting pitcher or a closer.

First- Thomas is hurting you- trade or dump- get soriano back in- he'll start hitting soon.your pitching can use upgrade if possible-try picking up hot free agent-get rid of westbrook-garland.
