It appears the majority prefer to attend to their own agendas and forget the public they serve. Let alone explain what happened in those 100 days? I saw Madam Speaker fly away, Hill missed a vote or two and oops still no Bill. Aside from the bill who wants back in the White House.
Yes, my friend welcome to election season where nothing gets done except us the American public. Don't expect TV ads no these folks go deep and dirty. Happens in every campaign but the scope of 2008 for President will/would boggle your mind. That was if you ever knew.
Lost Iraq? Well, in my opinion we beat Suddam Hussein yet let our guard down and did not expect the insurgents fight to be so brutal. Iran is next. You think Hill won't chuck us in their in a red blooded minute? Vote for her or don't vote at all and suffer the consequences.
If it were not for the fact that 2 scary lawyers named Clinton have sandwiched the current President and forced a battle on our home front I might question Bush and crew. There is no way in heck to fight the Hillbill WAR machine once it's unleashed. Only prayer of truth and the hope facts come out sooner than later.
It is also becoming very clear the Democrats, all involved on the floor have no workable solution, NO PLAN.

Well, what plan do the Republicans have? The action in Iraq was started by a Republican & a Republican Congress. The Democrats have only held a slim margin of control for approximately 3-4 months. What do you expect them to have done in such a short time? The Republican President will not agree to any bill the Congress sends to him. He will decide & no one can tell him anything, not even the people of this country that want this action over & our troops home. You can call that "Cut & Run" if you like, I call it common sense to get out before any more young people's lives are lost on a hopeless situation. There is nothing to be won in Iraq.

What would a victory be? We are fighting an entire population. This war is the Vietnam war all over again, but this time in a different location. Regardless of whether they are militant or not, the general population of Iraq wants us to leave. In their eyes we are a foreign force occupying their country, can you blame them for wanting us out. Before you have a knee-jerk conservative reaction just hear me out for a second. If a foreign country, let's say China, invaded the united states today, wouldn't you want them to get the hell out? I would expect every red-blooded American to be out fighting viciously to defeat the occupying force and restore our American way of life. The same is true for the people of Iraq. Now where does that leave us in defeating them? We have two options if you want to eliminate every "insurgent" or "terrorist sympathizer". The first would have to be all out genocide. But wait, that's wrong right? But it would be the only way to make sure every single Iraqi opposed to our presence would be eliminated. Why? Because every time we kill an insurgent, we are killing a local person's brother, friend, son, or relative. With each insurgent eliminated, we create several more. We have witnessed this in our own society, remember 9/11 and Pearl Harbor? Americans were joining up left and right to fight the enemy, driven by the anger of what had been done to our countrymen. This war has been the greatest recruiting tool ever for the people we call our enemy. So, short of killing every person in Iraq, we need to leave. We have already seen what happens when we stay in a country fighting the population in Vietnam. If we stay, we only prolong the inevitable pullout that will occur in the future. But by then, many more American soldiers will have died needlessly, and many more terrorists will have been created as a result of the situation. If you really truly care about the troops, not just give crappy lip service about supporting them, you will want them alive and intact, as opposed to dead or horribly wounded in the many ways we have seen. Egos can be healed, death cannot. This war is not worth the life of a single American soldier, or for that matter, a single Iraqi.

I do not know but do you think right or wrongly the coalition of countries went in dismissed the army the police etc. do you not think that we have some responsibility in helping to put this right. I do not think we need to stay for ever but a strategic withdrawal and other forms of assistance need to be looked at.
Stop the ###### political fighting get together and work something out that will support our troops (those we've lost), those that are still there and fulfill our obligations and help to bring our children home.
Our children's lives are not a political football.

The first step will be to remove the incompetent leadership in the Congress and the White House (already half way there.)
The second step will be to call a conference of our allies and Iraq's neighbors to negotiate and implement a plan for withdrawing our troops and stabilizing the borders.
The third step will be to get back on mission hunting down the terrorists who were responsible for 9/11

What exactly is the plan for staying.
Whos side are we supposed to be on? Are we for the Sunni's (Saddoms regime by the way)
Or is it for the Shiites (repsonsible for most terrorist attacks against Isreal)
Or Kurds who hate for the sake of hating everyone!
Dude there is no way to win Iraq, becuase we are not fighting a govemrent, we are sitting ducks in a civil war!
Wake up, there is nothing to win anyway! What if they alll decided to play nice with one another and they told us ok we are not going each other anymore you Americans can leave now,
Would you beleive them?
Wake up to the greatist scam in American Hystory!

Time and again the Democratic leaders have presented plans for Iraq. Bush childishly tosses them aside because they include a timeline for troop removal. He refuses to acknowledge anything that isnt a blank check for the war.
How many Iraqi police and military do we train before we realize that we are training the militias, insurgents and "terrorists" that are killing our soldiers?

Hello, john. They don't see a place or a time for victory. They want to make the Bush admn. look as bad as possible. Look what happened on the hill today. They want us out of there, and they don't give a Damn what happens. Their victory is getting the men and women back home, and they don't care what happens after that. They didn't want the war, tey don't want the mess, they just want to cut and run. Not one major Liberal running mentions it really. They see it as a lost, and therefore, bring everyone home and take the black eye.

Well, we should have never gone there in the first place. At this point with all the damage that's been done...we need to get out as soon a possible before any other lives are lost. This country needs to unite as one instead of being so divided and sticking to one's political party. We are all to blame for standing around and letting Bush get this far...we are all Americans whether we are right or left.....

oh this is easy....
We take everybody out of Iraq. Then when Iran, Syria and all the other fun little middle eastern countries invade Iraq, we get to go back in and fight 3 or more countries at once. While blaming the former conservative leaders for causing this mess to begin with.
