I was lying in bed just before and i started hearing a heart beat and it started getting louder.
There are no hearts that beat that i can hear. Not even my own but this one i could hear.

Look, when you lay down, and everything is quiet, you can hear the blood being pumped into various areas of your head -sounds like a heart beat, or even marching, but that's all it is, it's the blood circulating. Play a radio or television to provide enough noise so it's not noticeable.

That would be blood pumping through your head. What you do is sit up for a moment and maybe roll over.
