you're taking a pair of things of tissue paper, then fold them mutually in an accordion trend. Like a fan. Make it skinny. Take a pipe purifier, and fold it around the middle, like a stem. That holds the paper. Then fold the paper up, like a bud. next fluff out the tissue one piece at a time. it will make a flower.
