probably they use different accounts and give them selves best answers i can't think of any other way

They keep on coming every 1 second and going to another site (that earns them 1 point) or they just use their brains and answe questions (which earns them 2 points) or they use their brains even harder and get their answers put on the best (I don't know how many points you earn with that)
