I have decided to get a new power supply, and I need to know how much power I need. I have a ECM RC410L MOBO, 750 SATA SEAGATE Hard drive, I will be getting 2 gb of DDR2 memory, I have a 1650x ATI Video Car and a Pentium D 3.4ghz proccesspr.

How much power do I need for this (approx)

You could try using this:

But take note that it is important not just to look at total wattage rating but also the amperage of the +12V rails. Newer processors, peripherals and accessories draw power more from the +12V rail. Current PSUs have dual +12V rails, high-end PSUs have more.
