Traveling in a group, especially if they are all girls, could add up to some real serious fun in vegas. Check out the guys at http://www.vegasstatusvip.com they can help you out with the best nightclubs to visit in Las Vegas.
Several night clubs offer free cover for ladies. Many of these are the top end night clubs as well. If you ask on the forums on the site above, they might point you out to the best ones for the days you will be here.
Use the hotel shuttles, walk or the monorail to get around the strip. That will save you a lot of money.
The Rio is usually a great and fun place to hang out late nights. Loud music and tons of young people walking around, hoping to get into Voodoo Lounge.
Splurge at least one night on a great dinner, I would suggest Spago's at the Forums @ Caesars Palace. The average ticket will be $25 per person with one cocktail. Spago's is fun and a great people watching place.
Shop at the Forums if you want to shop - or just walk around. It's amazing!
Have Fun!

There are so many things to do in Vegas, anything that interests you, you will find something that matches it there. That being said, the Hotels and Casino's are a sight in themselves, I would definately recommend taking a gondola ride in the Venitian. It's kind of corny, but is a memory. If you are looking for shows, I loved Momma Mia and La Cage, and they are reasonable in pricing. Definately take a cab to Fremont Street (unless you rent a car, which I don't advise) and experience the light show, it is amazing. The Bellagio has a water show in front of the hotel periodically throughout the day, take this in at night, it is amazing, you can view this from the diner at Paris Las Vegas if you sit on the patio. All of the Hotels on the Strip have free things to see and do. If you would like some information on something specific I am a Vegas Know-It-All Travel Agent. Drop me a line with some specific interests and let me know where your staying. I'll see what I can find for you.

Must-Do:
Bellagio fountain show: gorgeous, especially at night
Caesar's Palace: just walk around, it's awesome. Suggestion for lunch/dinner: Cheesecake Factory, located in the Forum Shops within Caesars.
Really, the coolest thing about Vegas is just walking into all the hotels, they're all themed differently. Just make sure to bring walking shoes. If you're on a budget, I would suggest seeing a comedy show, either Comedy Stop at the Tropicana or Improv at Harrah's. Both are very good shows where you'll have a good time with your friends and they're under $25 and usually come with a drink or two. If you want to splurge on a better show, I would recommend Blue Man Group, it's awesome! If you want more info, go to http://www.vegas.com or http://www.cheapovegas.com
On vegas.com you can put in the dates you're going and it'll give you a list of shows, performers, etc.
Have fun!
