it can. however, the amount of iron in prenatal vitamins alone will probably not cause it. if you take a separate iron supplement you are more likely to get constipation. fiber tablets can do wonders.

Yes, most definitely. I compensated for it by eating breakfast cereals really high in fiber...try Cracklin' oat bran or granola or something like that. Plus, I'd make my afternoon snack some whole grain toast and some fruit, and It helps.

Yes it can. Be sure to have lots of fruit, veggies, and whole grains. And if you still have trouble, try having Activia once a day. It's almost as good as yogurt, and it really does help.

It does in most people. This is not a reason to not take pre natals. Taking a few vitamin E will help relieve the problem.

It can but if you drink a glass of Orange Juice with your vitamin it will help. I never had a problem and this is what my doctor told me.
