well i think that he should get a record deal. i thought that he was good when he actually tried he did do good.

He's not a bad singer, but he is also not great. There is a chance that because of his exposure he may get a record deal, but at the same time, there are many people that have been on American Idol, and have been very popular, but faded out of the spotlight after the season is over and is never really heard from again. Unfortunately, I have a feeling this may happen to Sanjaya. But then again, you never know. They are quite people who don't win and end up being bigger stars than the people who did! (Chris Daughtry and Katherine McPhee for example)

I don't think we've seen the last of Sanjaya just yet. He has quite a lot of charisma, even if his voice is less than stellar. He might pop up later, like how William Hung did.
