Frasier. It worked internationally whereas Seinfeld didn't.

Frasier was a very successful show for many years, and it was well written and performed. The same could be said for Seinfeld, and it added an element of pop culture references, where many prases and expressions from the show have worked their way into everyday life.

I loved both, but Seinfeld is the winner by far. The perfect cast and situations. I have loved Michaiel Richards (Kramer) since he was on the old show "Fridays", kind of a SNL show on Friday. Ellen was as funny as a comedian gets, and need I say more about the rest of them. One favorite was the mail man Nuiman. What a character.
