This is what happens when liberalism is allowed to create an amoral national culture.
It's what happens when "feelings" become the standard for right and wrong.
It's what happens when people are fed the lie that they deserve "self esteem", whether or not they ever do anything to earn it.
It's what happens when people aren't taught to take responsibility for their lives, and are allowed to constantly blame others for their failures.
It's what happens when people are encouraged to make "art" of their outrage.
It's what happens when discipline and punishment are equated with abuse.
In short, it's what happens when you let liberals take charge of shaping a nation's values and attitudes.

I think some of it has to do with the government system that doesn't allow parents to discipline their children. Children run wild, stay out late and when
the parent tries to discipline them these kids know the law as well as a cop or
lawyer. Scary!! The other thing has to do with things like 9/11. People are nasty
to other cultures, it's passed on to the kids. Kids can be cruel & mean. Then
you get a kid that goes off the deep end and VT, Columbine, Brock {a school
here in Canada}, Montreal & out west happens. Our friend taught at Brock. A
kid had been jilted by his girlfriend for someone else & he came in and shot
up the school to kill the girl and her new boyfriend. He also shot our friend
who was trying to save the life of the kids. Our friend was alright; others didn't
make out so well. Kids are so intense today.

Well that, lazy scum bomes that won't work, the rich that won't give, us middle class have to pay for the scum bomes and the greedy rich won't pay a cent (that volets the Bill of Rights), MTV is telling lies, idolts on drugs, people with no control of anger end up killing, hevy metal, susides, Iraq and Iran are killing, illegal immergriate run the board & ain't learning english, and there's more crazy things happening. This all reminds me of this song, We Didn't Start The Fire (Single Version) by Billy Joel. It talks about the good and evils in this world. The fire is all the evils. We didn't start the fire, though we didnt lite it, we're trying to fight it. I don't know what's wrong with som of these people but, we have to fight the fire.

People are snapping left and right and just giving up on life, that's why they go crazy and hurt people.
They feel isolated and that nobody is willing to help them or give them a chance.
I think the world is moving way too fast and some people cannot catch up, so they metaphorically 'explode.'

It's not a question of what this country has come to, rather it's the problem of people not taking responsibility for their actions.
Lawyers fall within this disgusting mode - they will do everything within their authority to push the blame onto other people, society, etc.
People should be made to take responsibility for their actions. Laws should be enforced to ensure this.

Parents no longer discipline their children and inculcate traditional values. This is due partly to the cultural phenomenon of the anything goes boomer generation having kids, and partly to the government making it virtually a crime to discipline children.

I don't know, but I'm just glad that no one I knew at Tech died. I hope that this makes people more aware of trying to stop things like this before they start (i.e. noticing and paying attention to people who fit that sort of personality/character).
