Well, considering that I don't live near a Popeyes, I'd have to say KFC. I love their biscuits and mashed potatoes as well as the chicken of course! YUM!

I'm originally from South Louisiana--a place that knows a thing or 2 about good fried chicken. There is at least 1 Popeye's per every 3 mile radius in my hometown.

I've never heard of Popeyes, but it's got to be better than KFC. I don't eat cruelly slaughtered animals, though, so I don't know, but KFC is horrible so I'll say Popeyes.
