I had silicone implants done years ago and although I've had no problem, I'd like to have a new set, larger implants done. My plastic sugeon said it's a bit more painful since there's scar tissue now surrounding the implants. That was a few years ago and now I'm seriously considering doing it. I'm out of work so this is a perfect time to recoup.

Has anyone had new implants put in and was size did you go from/to? I'm not a 38C but I feel that I can carry larger ones....and would like them. Please comment.......

I always thought that a "re-do" was not quite as bad as the first surgery because the "pockets" are already formed from the first set of implants....but I could be wrong. I would make some consultation appointments with several different plastic surgeons to see what each's opinions are. They'll also be able to tell you from your stats, measurements, what size your chest wall can take.

What size are you now?

I would not go any larger than a C cup. Doing so is just begging for the back pain that accompanies larger breasts.
