another guy ends up falling in love with her.... john is still in it and I guess he still loves her but there not together. She marry's a different john

Well, Pocahontas gets married to a guy named John Rolfe, not John Smith from the first one.

No, John Smith and Pocahontas does not get together in the second movie. Pocahontas gets together with John Rolf in the second movie.
