You don't want a college. Most of them don't have acting or
film courses. What you want is a University.
Do a search for "universities florida". Don't use the quotes in
the search box.

Colleges do not teach modeling. You have to find a legitimate Modeling Agency in Miami. Most are SCAMS so be very careful. If they ask you for money. Don't give it to them. They are a scam!
You don't have to pay to be a model.
FORD Models is one of the top New York City modeling agencies. They have an office in Miami. Contact them when you are ready to see if you have "what it takes" to be a model.
