The purpose of thongs is to have no visible panty lines.

If you wear them for that purpose, then it should be ok. However, if you defeat the purpose, and wear them so that you intentionally show off that you are wearing a thong, then it is wrong. It looks cheap and slutty, and you are too young to start projecting that image of yourself.

No its not wrong, just don't have them hanging out of your pants like other middle schoolers (its skanky and ugly)...But no, thongs are made for a reason! To avoid panty lines, don't worry there is nothing wrong with it!

Thongs and revealing clothing worn by any woman in my eyes is trashy as hell. You can show off a good body, maybe you had to work for a good body, but unless you are a hooker advertising, try dressing nice and tasteful. The most violating thing that ever happened to me was when I was working and I just happened to glance over and saw a female bending over showing her thong and the base of her ***, she had on a mini skirt that had slits on the sides, a freakin tube top, and *** me pumps (knee high boots with heels). Then she straightened up and turned around, she was freakin 11!!!!!!!!

Her mom was dressed like a teacher would be, and her little bitty daughter was dressed like a hooker. And so many times have I seen teens and preteens wearing thongs that just happen to be showing, mini skirts, tube tops, hip huggers, etc. And yet when a guy looks their way, even if he isnt looking at them, they all of a sudden adjust every bit of clothing they are wearing because now they dont like the attention. WTF!?!?!?!?!? Why wear it then?

I swear to God if my nieces ever try to wear the shitt that you damn kids call fashionable I will knock the piss out of them. No guy wants to be standing next to his woman, constantly looking around seeing whos asses hes going to have to kick because every man is looking at his woman. No guy wants that. This goes to all the little teens out there who dress like this, put some ******* damn clothes on for Gods sake, I mean **** you know how weird it is to see a 12 year old dressed like a trashy *** disease infested ******* stripper?

Brittany Spears and Christina Aguilera were probably the biggest influences on this slutty scene, and look at where they are now, slutty as hell, stupid as **** and look like they have been used up by everyone. Its just sick. By the way I am 22 years old, I was around when this **** first started, it was stupid back then, now its just retarded. Sorry for the long post, I guess everyone can tell this is a sore subject for me.

You should always respect your moms wishes as long as you live at home. It is only for a short time and you have many years you will be on your own and can do as you wish. I can tell you are a good person because of your question.
