i have been checking my cervix for the past month now for ovulation ect.
i ovulated on or around the 14th of april my cervix felt weird at the time really soft with lots of egg white cm about 2 days after ovulation i noticed a definate decline in cervical mucus and my cervix had dropped and was hard to touch.
well just last night/this morning my cervix is again higher but a little softer with a little cervical mucus but more lotion like.
if i acheived pregnancy(does it sound like it) would my cervix be doing this? and this soon after ovulation?
another thing i notice that the opening of my cervix is and has been always a little open since checking not open as such but really prominent to feel is that because i have already had 2 vaginal births the last was 10 months ago?
any info would be great what should i expect next ect.

The cervix is supposed to be a little bit open because otherwise they can't take some of the cells from inside the cervix when the time comes for a pap smear. When the cervix is closed it can cause huge problems.
As for the question about the cervical mucus and ovulation you can also check out WebMD in their Fertility section (I think they have one on the site). Also, I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to see what they think.
