i get it usually 2 weeks before i get my period. i feel fatigued, very pessimistic, hopeless, and easily get pissed off. i take evening primrose oil, but the effect is limited...don't know what to do....i feel very depressed and wanna be all alone. 2 weeks is a very long time to experience such symptons every single month!
any ideas?

I would recommend also trying B6. This is supposed to be very good at helping with mood issues such as at PMS. You can find B6 by itself and also as part of a full bottle of B Complex. You can find it in many drugstores like Wal-Mart and also places like The Vitamin Shoppe. With The Vitamin Shoppe you can order the product online.

Also, talk to your dr because they may have some additional ideas for you and can also see if a hormone imbalance could be playing in to this situation.
