First, do some research on the Internet about service providers and their available phones. Go to your favorite search engine and type some providers in. Some major ones are cingular, t-mobile, sprint, verizon wireless, virgin mobile, and alltel. You'll have to choose between pre-paid and a monthly plan. There'll be more info about what these are on the service providers' websites. Once you've made your decision, you can either buy online straight from the website or go to a store (like Wal-Mart, Target, etc.) and make your purchase. A salesperson at the store or a customer service person at your service provider should be able to guide you through the setup process. Hope this helps!

The only way I know how is to go to a cell phone store, like Sprint, sign a contract and you get a phone. You can also buy them in some stores, I know Office Depot use to have them but you still have to sign a contract and pay so much a month.

Ummm, I'll break it down fer ya. One moring, you get in your car, drive to your local electronic store, park in the parking lot ( make sure the spot is empty, and don't park in a handicap section) Get out of your car, walk twoards the door, open it up. Go inside and ask someone ( make sure it's somone who works there ) Can I buy a cell phone? He'll probably say yes. Now do I need to guide you home? Nope? Didn't think so!

Well you could go to Wal Mart or Target and get a cell phone that has prepaid service.
Or you can go to a cell phone company and see if they will open you an account.

go to the mall and like for a phone company like tellus, rogers. or go to 7/11 store and ank to one call vegin or pay n go,if you don,t have a home phone you will have to put a $200.00 down payment. befor you buy one.
