I have little or no energy most of the time. Sometimes I am constantly hungry, and other times I have not eaten all day and still have no desire or motivation to eat. I sleep constantly, only getting up to walk to class and back. I dont hang out with my friends, well the one i still have. The only time I am remotely cheerful or like my old self is when my boyfriend calls, and when he dosent I get worse.

Could be depression. You may want to talk to a counselor.

You could be battling depression sickness. I would see a doctor and get some medicine for it.
I have the same symptoms as you have and I have depression sickness. My doctor put me on Lexapro. It takes a month to start working so I have a few weeks to go yet.
Depression is not worth having it robs your life from you and is a waste of time. Yes you are sick.

I have treatment-resistant Major Depression, and it sounds like you are on your way there. I would recommend a visit to your doctor to rule out other causes. If it is determined that you suffer from depression, there are many treatment options...anywhere from just taking an anti-depressant, to taking meds along with private or group therapy.

The most important part is that you take care of you first. Because it does get better. Trust me.

I'm sending positive thoughts your way. :-)

Sounds like you need a good hobby and need to setup some goals. Drifting about and being useless are generally depressing ways to live life. Also try eating balanced meals, this will help a TON with energy.
