My bf just broke up with me last night and it was exactly one mth before our 2 yr anniversary. Iam not doing well at all. We are 17 and lost our virginity to each other. All of our firsts were with each other. Any advice to help me move on and keep it together at school. He said the reason was because it was turning into a relationship all about me and i got mad at him often which i did. He said he cried everytime i got mad at him and he told me today he still loves me but he needs me to change and not get mad so easily. Please offer advice. Thank you.

Pls talk to your dr to have this situation evaluated to see if a hormone imbalance could be playing in to why you get mad at all the time. If it is then they can help you find the right treatment but in the mean time you might want to try taking B Complex to see if that helps with the way you feel until you can get to the dr to see what is going on.

EVEN THOUGH I AM MORE TWICE YOUR AGE I CAN OFFER SOME POINTS YOU MAY WISH TO CONSIDER.
IN THE FIRST PLACE A "BREAKUP" DOESN'T MEAN THAT THIS RELATIONSHIP IS TOTALLY RUINED.
REALIZE THAT ALSO YOU CAN BE PROUD OF THE FACT THAT YOU WERE BOTH FAITHFUL TO EACH OTHER WHILE YOU WERE TOGETHER. THIS SHOWS ME THAT THIS IS NOT SOME "HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH ANYBODY WHILE YOU CAN."
START A JOURNAL AND WRITE YOUR INNERMOST THOUGHTS TO KEEP FOR YOURSELF.
IN YEARS TO COME THIS WILL BE TREASURED GREATLY.
A GREAT BOOK TO READ ABOUT THE INTRICACIES OF MEN-WOMEN RELATIONSHIPS AND HOW TO UNDERSTAND THEN IS, "MEN ARE FROM MARS, WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS," BY DR. JOHN GRAY.

YOU REALLY NEED TO READ THIS BOOK.;-)

Both of you are struggling over who is going to control the relationship. Stop it! At your age dating is about having fun and getting to know yourselves. Remember how much fun it was to share all those "firsts"? I have to say this; but by having sex at such a young age you all added an adult element that you are not emotionally mature enough to handle. Real relationships are not like the ones on TV. They take time and work to develop. People do not "fall" in love and start having sex. Doing that sets you up for the heart ache you are having now. The good news is that you are young enough to heal and hopefully learn from this experience.

You just broke up last night. You both need a cooling off period, before you say something you can't take back. Give it a couple of days, then talk it out over an ice cream cone, the ice cream always works. lol.

well all i can say is give your self time to think , because even though your 17 your having a adult relationship because of your intimate relation , n if he loves you like he says he does than he will learn to cope with your attitude , because you never let that especial person go because of their attitude, they should love you like you are , n at school just stay focus dnt think about it , try to distract yourself, even though you just broke up , girl try some ice cream n good movie that always makes me feel better i really hope you get through this or just talk to him tell him how you really feel i really think that's all ya really need to do find out the real reason he really broke up with you because no one breaks up with the person they love just to break up with them, there something behind that or your probably dnt treat him right well i hope everything works out for you

Obviously, he wants you to change, just calm down for a couple days, relax. Then if you really want to go back to him then change how ever you feel is right to change. If you don't want to change then just be friends with him.

go to college and party, and forget about him. Make new friends, get involved, volunteer, visit family and friends. Basically stay busy, that helps your heart out a lot. Good luck.
