Swing by any Mazda dealership and tell them what you'd like to have: a printout of the "Body Relays & Unit" diagram that shows the fuse box. It's free and direct from Mazda. Some one could be nice enough to just fax you a pic or even email it you to (which I can do either).

i tried to google it for you but no luck. usually its on the inside of the fusebox cover and in the owners manual. if you dont have either of those, go to autozone or napa, and look it up in a repair manual they have for sale and write it down, or spend the 20 on the manual. if your looking for a blown fuse just check em all

Isn't it printed on the cover of the fuse box cover? If not there should be one in the owner's maual. Good luck

Run past your local AutoZone[or similar] and ask to see a vehicle maintenance manual for that car. The info you need is in there. They will let you look in the book for free.
