Not at all! too much doing, not enough thinking. Better to think more and do less; at the end of the day at least you learn something the easy way rather than the hard way. Sure, some thought might be wasted, but still not enough to go around.

I put forth the opposite. There is not enough thinking. Too many people let a small few do their thinking for them, and that is a major cause of poverty, war, and hunger. As it stands, a select few do the thinking, and they manipulate it to the disadvantage of those who are too ignorant to notice. If everyone got an education, learned to think for themselves, and put aside their biases long enough to figure real life problems out, at the end of the day we'd all be better for it. So yeah, at the end of the day it is worth it!

There is far too much negative thinking.
And there is lack of positive thinking.

Ex: The Virgina Tech student Seung Hui

At the end of the world, this question that you asked depends on oneself.

If too much thinking create positivism, at the end of the day , it worths.

If too much thinking create negativism, at the end of the day , it doesnt worth.

I would say there are way too little proper thinking in this world, as few find the skills required to truly think things through. If more people challenged their inherited assumptions and sought ways to eliminate fallacious thought patterns and put in the effort and time required to train themselves as to this goal, we might argue more, but the arguments would be of a higher standard with ideas being questioned more thoroughly before we put them into practice.

There is not too much thinking in the world. Without thinking, great philosophers like Aristotle and Sir Isaac Newton wouldn't have revolutionized the world like they did. Besides, there is too little thinking in the world. If there was more think than action, we wouldn't be in a war right now. Think about that.

On the contrary. People don't think enough. If we were a bit more reflective on the consequences of our actions and decisions maybe this world wouldn't be such a freakin hole. We're way too reactionary and emotionally undeveloped more thinking could go a long way to improve that.

Yes..way too much thinking and not enough.. doing..
We, as a society, think ourselves in confusing circles.
What if.. what if.. what if..?
We concentrate our focus becoming overly obsessed with things that don't matter.. like fashion.. populatity.. image.
And we ignore the things that do.. like family.. health..
We emphasize the fake at the expense of all that is real.
But, yes, it is worth it. Because even if it is backwards and messed up and illogical.. it is better than having nothing at all.

Some people are thinking too much, some are thinking just right, some are not thinking enough, and some are not thinking at all. To those who think enough and act on it, great. It is worth it for them. For everyone else, they are either wasting time, getting hurt, hurting someone, or dying.

That's new. I thought I was the only person who still thinks. Worth it, but usually disturbing. Depends what you think about.
Looking out of my window I think 'how beautiful the apple trees look now that the blossom is out.'
Watching TV I think 'what is wrong with people? Can't we live in peace and simply agree to disagree?'

Probably, I believe that is why the world is the mess that it is, people thinking too much and people acting on what they are thinking, instead of doing what a wise man once said, sitting still in a room, IE, reflecting, going inward, seeking truth.
