My neighbor always hated my sis and I because her husband's staring problem. I am not as good looking as my sis so he must of been desperate. We could also hear her screaming at him. She was a witch.

Maybe she is just jealous because of her own sexual inadequacies. She is just green with envy with every woman who says "hi " to him. I suggest you keep flirting until she is used to it , or she improves in the bedroom . She may not realize it ,but you are helping her in the long run .

if she really does hate you right now, then go for it. flirting with her husband may make her insecure and distrustful, and there will be tons of ugly tension
