England really are the worst losers out there. They dont make good winners either. Going by the near mass pant wetting when they won the ashes by a finger nail after 20 years of being a useless laughing stock.

I've enjoyed every match and would have like to see the West Indies win in the super 8's, after all they are the hosts.

Yep, the usual story - same thing always happens with the football world cup - perhaps it shows that the english aren't true sports lovers after all....

I flew from Switzerland to be in Antigua for the Super 8 matches and then leave for St. Lucia and Barbados for the semi-finals and finals.
England is behaving like the U.S.A. When Olympic sports are on, America only covers the progress of American athletes. When it is hurricane season, unless a hurricane threatens America, they cannot be bothered.
This is an underdog's World Cup except for the Aussies. The first to get whipped by guess who (Ireland) was Pakistan. They do not lose easily--their coach died as a result of the loss. We still do not know how. Then India exited. Now England and the West Indies will not be in the semi-finals. Ireland and Sri-lanka should get special awards.
The Kensington Oval pitch is like greased lightning. If South Africa and Australia clash on that pitch, they had better get special steel helmets.
