I am an avid movie goer....but not in two years and I really miss it. And you?????

I HATE.....waiting in the queue to get in, having people kick the back of your seat, people talking on their mobile phones during the movie, people that talk the whole way through the movie then ask what just happened, someone trying to squeeze past you to get to their seat, people that get up 10 minutes into the movie to go to the toilet. Hopefully by now you've guessed I wait for the movie to come out on DVD.

ha. ya i am with u on that. It is a lot of work being put into these pictures. It is said that people cann't wait a few more weeks to see it in theatures, or out on DVD. I mean honestly ,you can't stop them all, but adminstartors should really start thinking about banning cell any video recorders int he theater. Though, these days, almost every phone has one:( give the hard workers that make this possible some credit

It really depends on the movie. If I don't feel strongly about a movie (ex. comedies, dramas, etc.), I wait for the DVD to come out.
But if it's a big-budgeted, epic type of movie like Lord of the Rings or 300, I watch it in the movie house. Then, I still buy the DVD for the special features.

It depends on the mood I am in and if the movie looks really good. My husband is a GM for Best Buy so we have a sweet media room and any DVD that I want he gets at a discount. So most of the time I will wait until they come out on DVD.

I try to go at least once a month, but I buy 3 to 6 DVD's a month at Hollywood Video cause they have good deals on previously viewed movies. But I still like the theater experience.

Usually wait til it comes out on DVD. I hate paying $8.75 plus popcorn and pop plus I'm usually so busy that I don't have time to go to the movies,by then the thing comes out on DVD. Besides, I enjoy watching movies from home instead of going out. I can wear pj's and eat my own popcorn! :)

I go see all the funny ones at the movies... I have over 400 DVDs. I do some of both...
