I'm not going to click on that link because it is unknown to me - however, if you are running WinXP, on the lower right side of the screen, just above the taskbar, there is an icon that looks like a floppy disk with a yellow circle. If you hold the cursor over it, it will say "click this icon to check whether this is a reported phishing website."

See if you have this icon.
