I knew some1 who had cancer and very sadly did not survive it. It saddened me beyond control and even now it's been a while but I still feel very sad about it. It has also made me appreciate life a lot more. Live life as a good person and be remembered for being a nice person...

My mom doesn't have cancer, but she is very sick and not going to make it. She's only 59, which is far too young to die.
It has got me thinking a lot lately about the way I treat my body and my relationship with friends and family. I'll definately be taking better care of some of the parts of my life.

It makes you appreciate life and it drains the life out of you. I watched a good friend and a family member die of cancer (breast) and I felt that when she died I would not take one day for granted but it sucks and I miss her everyday.

A bit of both I guess.
I had to follow my mom through 2 rounds of medical treatments 9 years apart.

It has done both.
I learned alot, and try to apply what I've learned to the way I live the rest of my life.

Losing a single one of my friends would almost kill me. They're all I have.
