Depends on the type of sucker and the size of the tank.

Plecos can get as large as 18", but some stay around 5". They shouldn't be a problem if you have a large enough tank to accommodate the pleco and the amount of waste they produce.

Otocinclus cats would probably be okay as well as long as the tank's matured. These would do better in a school, but only get to be around 1 1/2", so they'd work better in a smaller tank.

Chinese algae eaters, I would pass on - they get around 10" and can become aggressive.

It all depends on the size of the tank. the bigger the tank the better it was. I had 2 algea eaters in a tank with a beta fish, gold fish, and crabs.

well beta fish are solitude fish, except for mating so maybe you could watch the, together for a day and in case of fights have a second tank, or just put them in seperate tanks. see yah!

I'd avoid a common (chinese) algae eater as they get aggressive as they get older. I have a clown pleco, and rubber-lipped pleco in my main tank with 3 females. I don't think they interact at all. Honestly pleco, oto, and saimese algae eaters should be fine. Male betta in 10+ gallon tanks should be fine as well with any peaceful bottom feeder.
