and my question is..is it normal for you to have more painful cramps if you only have one ovary? and what is a good medicine my doctor could give me to help them.

Because you just recently had the ovary removed it could be that your body is still recovering from the procedure itself. As for pain medication you could ask for something like Ponstel (it is an anti-inflammatory but is helpful for controlling pain).

I would definitely get back in touch with your dr for follow-up to see what they think and to see if something else is going on to cause this pain.
