Who was the "you" in those videos?

After seeing the tape...it appears to me that "You" is a general term, and not a specific person. Perhaps he was addressing everyone who ever snickered at him, or name-called, or poked fun at him. Its obvious that Cho was a very disturbed, angry, and hostile individual who hated everyone.

Probably the voices in his head. I doubt most of the people around him ever did anything to him and probably just ignored him.

Everyone. He didn't select his targets individually... he just shot anyone he could shoot. Face it, his words weren't the words of a sane man.

I guess us-everyone-society.
Another point about his videos-to prove what a nut he is at one point he says something about protecting his children-his kids. He had no children.
