If it's not a challenge or threat, I would do nothing. If it's a threat I would stand my ground. If they claim to be stronger physically, I wouldn't warn them that I can fight dirty, I'll let them figure that out on their own after I knock 'em out cold. If they claim to be stronger mentally, and I didn't have time to back off to be prepared. I would have to throw up my hands and tell them; I don't want to call their bluff, so I have no choice but to agree with them. But... I would then either hire a Lawyer if needed or what ever means I have to defend myself in the matter at a later time.
