A clay mask will help & using a toner w/ salicylic acid should help too. Here are some formulas to make your own:
8 ounce bottle of distilled water add four uncoated aspirin
or
mix of 1/2 water, 1/2 witch hazel, 15 aspirin, and 2 drops of tea tree essential oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil
BTW, Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask has benzoyl peroxide if you feel you the mask & toner aren't working well enough. Be careful though because b.p. makes your skin more sensitive to the sun. (My nose is the burns easily so I didn't recommend it first.)

The most incredible skincare line is made by Bee-Luscious Cosmetics, its like nothing you have ever used before, but the best way to clear your pores is what you eat now on that same web site if you buy the bee pollen and take it every single day your skin will clear up in days. Yahoo search for bee royal products and start to see a difference with a company that has delivered awesome results to myself and family

Use steam to open up your pores. Once you have let steam on them for a while and they are opened, give them a good facial cleasing. Just to wash out the dirt and oil in them. If you do this for a while you will get clean and non-clogged pores because they are really clean. You can go to a drug store and buy a facial spa that makes steam for you, but you can easily do it at home.

I have two suggestions for you. Try using a heated mask once a week. Use it when you have a chance to allow your skin to breathe for a while afterwords (when you're going to be wearing make up right away) Second use pore strips maybe once or twice a week. I prefer Biore, but you can find what works for you. Good luck :)

Those Biore strips for your nose work really good :) It dries like paper mache, and pulls out all the blackheads and gunk from your pores.

One word for you hun...TONER. Elizabeth Arden toner is good...you put it on your face after you cleanse, and it's AMAZING how even if you've used a scrub, make up still comes off on that cotton swab.
