If you are pregnant and this is happening, I had this happen too. You need to eat smaller meals more frequently and make sure they are not greasy. Eat crackers, bread really anything starchy. And try Veggies, fruits etc....

Well as we all know, McDonald's is just one of the most common fast food places round the whole world. From just saying fast food we automatically know that it's really bad for us! lol I don't want to freak you out but this is why I never will eat a McDonald's ever again..... My science teacher a couple of years ago told me that her son was doing a food delivery to McDonald's and what he had to deliver was 25 cow utters, and 30 chickens feet. Sadly they do put chickens claws into our chicken nuggets and cows nipples into our burgers but they aren't doing anything wrong, what they say in the adverts it's 100% beef or it's 100% chicken which it is, but it's not what we would like to hope would be in our food! Sorry this is so long but I want people to know this! lol Back to your question, it hurts your stomach because it's SO greasy and it's SO bad for you so therefore you feel sick and sluggish!!! Hope I helped lol xx

Try taking benadryl, drinking ginger ale, and eat some saltine crackers, see how this does.. if your sickness continues for a long period of time to where you may be harming your baby or you, consult your doctor!!!
Good Luck...

You may want to try Japanese Plum. - UME, I use to have indigestion problem with lots of gas in the stomach and now I took UME everyday and I felt much much better.
The Japanese are a nation renowned for longevity, low cancer rate and excellent skin complexion. Part of the reason lies in their regular diet of Japanese plum.
As a popular if not indispensable food, plum is taken after every meal to aid in digestion and improve assimilation of nutrients as well as to promote general health and vitality.
Crowned as "the Blue Diamond of Fruits", Ume (Japanese plum) is indispensable in every Japanese household. It is a cure-all remedy traditionally used for over 100 illnesses:
• Eases digestive problems - gastric and abdominal pain, indigestion, excessive gas
• Alleviates constipation and bloatedness
• Relieves food poisoning - diarrhoea and vomiting
• Reduces "heatiness" or indigestion caused by over-consumption of durians, rambutans, jackfruits, and fried and spicy foods
• Protects the liver and reduces the negative effects of alcohol consumption

Another solution is Enzymes.
Gas, bloating, nausea, body aches, etc. may be attributed to poor digestion. These may be clues that you are already enzyme-deficient, symptoms are varied and often subtle. Adding supplemental enzymes to your diet can also protect you from the discomfort of indigestion.
