Add the long see thru jewelry that has just come into fashion, buy a really wide belt if you can wear that fashion idea, match different tops you already have with bottoms, using the idea that normally these prints or colors dont, but nowadays they do, layer tank tops and open loose blouses for a new look, etc.

Adding accessories is the simplest and most dramatic way to spice up your wardrobe, so you wouldn't be ill-advised to invest in a few new pairs of shoes, jewelery and hosiery.
Having said that, since spring/summer is coming up, I'd recommend converting some pants you're feeling ho-hum about into capris or shorts.
Also reconsider how you wear a certain piece of clothing. For instance, if you have a cute camisole that you reserved only for wearing under sweaters or to sleep, bring it out and wear it for the warm weather. Or, if you have an awesome dress but feel it's too casual (or too dressy) layer a dressier (or more casual, respectively) shirt on top, etc.
