I think you are talking about what is called drop shipping. most Internet sites use this method in shipping to customers. It works like this; you place an order through a website, once payment is verified, a warehouse where your product is stored gets the order. It is then processed and packaged. weight and dimensions are calculated and your product is then labeled to ship by whatever shipping company the warehouse chooses to use. There is also blind shipping, where the origin company is hidden from the recipient.
