i got a picture of exactly how i want my nails to be. and it the picture it shows the length and style i want (which is simply the french manicure). am i allowed to show this picture to the person thats doing my nails. or do they just do it however they do it?

That's a good question! I'd love to have a french manicure done, I've never had one. I know whenever I get a haircut, I take pictures of similar haircuts to the one I would like, but I've never heard of people doing it with nails. It makes sense though! I mean, the worse they could do is say no, and then you can go elsewhere till you find someone who knows how to do it like you'd like! I mean, YOU are the one paying for it, after all! :)

You can absolutely show them the picture, HOWEVER BEWARE chances are it wont come out EXACTLY the way it is in the picture, but i would definitely show the picture so they have an idea of what you want.

Of course, show it to them, but what you end up with is based on your natural nails if you aren't using acrylic and how good the nail stylist is.

Of course you can! It may help the manicurist in picking an appropriate colour and length for the look you're going for. They take pride in their work and will be happy to know that their customer will be satisfied when they're finished.

i dont think that showing the peron doing your nails would mind if you showed them how you would like them done. there your nails and they should do them how you want it...i would take the change and show them how YOU wnat them done and go from there!! good luck!!=)

You're paying for it. They will give you anything you want done to your nails. Don't be afraid, it's actually quite relaxing. =]

take the picture in and tell them you want active lenghth square looks better than oval does good luck

it stictly matters on the salon you are going to, if they are booked and in a rush they wont care wat you want. If it is a nice caring place then show them the picture and they will do that for you..no matter wat your nails will come out looking great, even it is not how you imagined it.
