I feel that if the place of business that sold the firearms to Cho Hui,had excess to his mental records from the state of Virginia, they wouldn't have sold him the firearms. It should be the law for those places of businesses that sell firearms to have excess to those records.Does anyone else agree?

I actually don't agree. Making mental health records public would deter people from seeking treatment, probably doing more harm than good. And the people who sold him the gun probably would have sold it anyway, unless specifically barred by law.

It would be better to keep people with mental illness and violent or paranoid tendencies on a list that bans them from buying guns without specifying why, along with convicted felons, known domestic abusers, and other categories. But guns are so common in this society that they would still be able to obtain them.

I don't think that they should have access to all the information, but there should be a system set up that during the background check it shows if they are mentally stable or not. And if NOT, then no guns, EVER!

If somebody wants a firearm bad enough, they will get it one way or another. Either from a store, or on the streets.
