Probably not just prenatal vitamins.
But yes, with a miscarriage there's always blood. BUT there's usually cramping as well.
Stay hydrated, elevate your feet, and call your doctor before you take the advice of any one on Y!A.

Trust me if you have a miscarriage there will be bleeding and cloths, it will be like having a really heavy period. The amount of cramping will depend on how far along you are. The slimy stuff is probably discharge as when you are pregnant your discharge tends to be a lot heavier. The prenatal vitamins have nothing to do with the slimyness and yes there is always blood associated with a miscarriage

OK, first on number 2, if you had blood on it that's probably your having problem evacuating. You should check that out. You could get an infection. You could have miscarriage with pain or without pain. Mostly you will bleed like a normal period with clots. I think is the prenatals cause it contains lots of iron. Which in fact cause problems for #2. You should notice miscarriage by the urine.

Well by your description, why would you think that because your BM was slimy that you miscarried? You have extra discharge from your cervix when you are pregnant but not the other one. It sounds like you're a little paranoid. There would be some pain and cramping and YES at least a little blood at first, more later.

Okay, if you're going poo, and it's all slimy and icky, then it was more than likely the pre-natals you're taking. If there was some blood and you checked to see where it was coming from and it wasn't your rectum, you may want to get to the hospital quickly. Bleeding from the vaginal cavity during pregnancy is a BAD sign. It could mean anything from a miscarriage to something worse, cancer comes to mind first. Rough sex comes to mind second, yet not so easily as the first.

I don't think that you had a miscarriage. It would be painful if you had. I don't know how far along you are so I can't say what it could probably be, but there is a normal change in discharge when you become pregnant. If it is worrying you a lot or becomes different then check with a doctor.

A baby can stop growing and eventually miscarry, but virtually all miscarriages will ultimately be accompanied by some vaginal bleeding. But as stated, your symptoms do not raise any suspicion of miscarrying.
