Discussion Report?

Question

I'm looking for a scaffold for a discussion report also with an example so I can take a look at how its set out. I need to write a discussion report and it has to be fairly good and detailed and at a level that is acceptable. As well as this, what language should I use when writing a discussion. For example in an exposition you would write, firstly, secondly, also , moreover, furthermore, etc.
