I have two kids, have read several books about pregnancy and keep up on all the latest tid-bits through parenting magazines... And I have never ONCE heard of a man not being able to enter a woman because she's pregnant.
;-)
I don't think this is in any way a sign that you are pregnant. Even if I were to give-in to the theory that this could possibly happen, you are obviously so early-on in the pregnancy that it wouldn't make a difference anyway. How would an embryo the size of a grape (or smaller at this point) high up in your uterus block entry for your husbands penis?
I hate to even say this... but if it really feels like he is "hitting something" up there... Are you certain you didn't forget to take your tampon out???? I don't mean to sound gross or anything....... but it has happened..... So, I don't know what else it could be....
Make an appointment with your GYN to have a pelvic exam just to make sure everything is alright.... But I seriously doubt this is a "sign" of pregnancy...

What your husband would be "hitting" is your cervix. If you insert a (clean) finger into your vagina you should be able to feel it - it will probably feel a little like the tip of your nose.
Its position does indeed tend to change over the course of your cycle, and can retract further away, or move closer to the entrance of your vagina (at which times, your husband wouldn't find he can go as deep).
Typically, just after your period, and just before your next period, your cervix is low (nearer the entrance of your vagina) and hard. In the middle of your cycle, when you're due to ovulate and often have slippery stretchy cervical mucous with a consistency like raw egg white, your cervix retreats higher up, making sex probably more comfortable for both of you. Your cervix can also feel softer, and more open. And of course, at such times you're more likely to get pregnant, as you're close to ovulating.
When you're pregnant, after the first week or so of pregnancy, your cervix will retreat higher up into your body, and become closed and hard. You might not be able to find it or hit it at all, it can go so high up. So a low cervix is very unlikely to be a sign of pregnancy.
That said, if you're having unprotected sex, there's always a chance of pregnancy; everyone's body is different, and cervix position isn't 100% reliable! Especially in the first couple of weeks of pregnancy. So if you haven't been using protection, its worth taking a test to be sure, around the time your next period would be due.
Note that sexual position can also change how deep you can penetrate during sex; if you're finding having your cervix bumped during sex uncomfortable, you could experiment with various positions and see what works, e.g. "doggy style" is often good for deep penetration.
If you've been hoping for a baby, then good luck!

You need to talk to your Ob/GYN ASAP. Pain during sex is not normal and can be a sign of other problems unfortunately this some times is one of the signs of female problems and infertility and the sooner you find out why you are having pain the sooner you can try to correct further problems.
I know first hand I started having pain with sex when I was young I did not take the steps I should have and now I deal with infertility.
Sorry not trying to scare you just want to make sure you don't go through what I have had to go through.
GOOD LUCK

That's definitley a hard question to try to answer because it could be a number of things. If you've been trying to get pregnant then yes it could be very possible that you are pregnant now. Of course every one is going to say that you should take a home test after your missed or next period, or go to see your OB/GYN as soon as possible. If there is something else medically wrong then the doctor will be able to catch it. Good Luck

The position of your cervix actually changes throughout your cycle. That is one way they tell you to predict ovulation.
The position of your cervix will vary within your cycle. It will be low in the first phase and start to rise closer to ovulation and then will lower again after ovulation has occurred. When checking for the first time and are unsure what low or high should feel like, when high your cervix is almost unreachable with you fingertip.

so a good distance as I heard you're able to have intercourse throughout the time of being pregnant. because it wont harm the newborn, he will no longer be able to crush his head or something because of the fact it on no account is going that deep. I do strongly advise you ought to use condom in case of sperm. Ther arn't any concepts beside oral, hand and anal. IGoing to an pal and ask her to have intercourse including your husband is extraordinary, and extremely akward for you, your pal and your husband. I strongly suggestion you to no longer try this. it would desire to break your relation deliver in added years. that's attainable an guy can carry out 9 months of 0 intercourse, much extra. yet this relies upon on he guy itself, others have an extra aggressive reaction in the direction of the hormones. suggestion, an intercourse toy. there are allot of male intercourse toys, seek 'm on the internet, that's attainable you may desire to even do it for him, so its much less akward for him. as an instance Fleshlight seek this on the internet.

It could mean that you're pregnant and that your uterus is growing and he's probably hitting your cervix because your uterus is bigger. Take a pregnancy test and find out!

No, it has nothing to do with it. My husband and I had sex all the way up to my 40th week and he never had trouble go all the way in.
