Maybe some good ol republican logic is just what you need. I don't mind the fact that you're gay, I mind the fact of what gay people do. And if you don't want to live in that trailer park, get a good job. Most people say republicans hate the poor and are homophobic, but that's really not the case. People who say that are ignorant.

Jeff I would recommend you dont follow a party but vote for people that have a record of supporting issues that you believe in.
The only party you should follow is the one down the street that has free beer.

Why would being gay and living in a trailer park have anything to do with your making an informed decision on such a serious matter. Apparently your mind-set is: 'it's all about me'. I feel sorry for you.

Also I sense this is a crack post.

My advice would be to pick the party that matches your true values as to the level of government intervention that you feel is right both in your life and the life of others. Do you believe in the power of individuals (and private charitable organizations that help those who fall behind) or do you think that government is the answer to society's ills?

I'm a conservative. And I can tell you that your sexual preferences don't matter to me. I have a cousin who is gay, went to my senior prom with a friend who was gay, had two college roomates who were gay, and now have gay friends. I don't know what their political choices are, but I'd welcome them with open arms as a conservative, and respect them whatever their choice might be. If you choose to be free, welcome!!!

what party? your question is too vague. Are you talking about subgroups w/in your park? I think you should act like any normal person. No need to Flaunt or hide your sexual preference. I mean, when I met a person I don't ask their sexual preference. I prefer to judge them by who they are. As long as your life style does not prohibit someone else's, it should not be an issue. Leave your sex life at home as should everyone, unless asked for.
If your talking political, vote for what ever party that you feel is in your best interest. After all, one would hope that you do your research and not vote based on someone else's opinion.

Which ever party your little heart desires. This is still a free country. If you could be manipulated and told what to do or think you would not be gay. So I think you are big enough to make up your own mind.

Wow, I've never met anyone gay AND poor. The gay people I know are mostly professionals and have more money than God. But I'll tell you what one of my gay friends says. She says being gay and a Republican makes about as much sense as being a Jew for Jesus.
