I have dated Leos and the ones I have dated have cheated on me. They also could not follow through with things. My brother is a Leo and is the same way. He is a bit lazy too. I don't see him as jealous towards others. He actually scares women away by the way he is. He does love attention, that is for sure.
Each Leo has a different personality and will carry a different characteristic. I don't believe that everyone of every astrology sign will be exactly like that. It is how we are raised and the choices we make.

I met a great Leo man online. we had one perfect date. Then they day after he texted and my reply must have been misunderstood. Now he won't talk to me at all. I have tried a little to reconnect and see about a mulligan but I get nothing. It's upsetting cause it really was the best date I have ever had and I am 52 this Leo man is 58. It seems I should give up. Should ? .

I'm a Leo woman. From my own experience I would say that it's not in my nature to behave jealously - Leos are pretty self-centered and our come from tends to be, "if you dont want to be here then BYE BYE, your loss." Dont tend to put up with much nonsense because nonsense equals lack of appreciation and lack of appreciation doesnt work for Leos.
Having said that...when a Leo is not at their best emotionally they can behave jealously and it is tremendously painful because it feels like you are going against your true nature.

they can be... that's if you do things on purpose to make them jealous. im with a leo right now and it's true that they can be territorial. they're lions and king of the jungle! so they dont really wanna share their "queen" (or significant other) with anyone else. once they've found the right mate, they'll wanna stick by them for life. but dont mess with their minds, cause once you cross that line, they might never come back to you.

I am a Leo, and yes it's true. I simply turn my magic amulet that I wear around my neck backwards, this corrects the jealousy problem.

yes leos are very territorial of there partners when in love, but we only do it because we dont want any one to have our love. specially if there a scorpi rising, but to envy others no!! not at all.
