Does my friend have a life if he sits down all day playing World of Warcraft. First he gets home, plays for 1 hours, until his Mom and/or Dad gets home, and says he was doing homework the whole time. And then when his Parents go to sleep he willsneak on and play WoW some more, sometimes until 3:00 AM. Then when the weekend comes, its WoW 24/3 (Friday-Sunday), playing from when he gets up, to sometimes 3:00 AM. And when some one tries to talk to him, he's brain dead, he just sits there hunched over staring at the screen, you have to freakin' yell at him to get his attention... He eve gets in fights if you insult any being of the game, or his virtual character... His grades have plumited, i think he'sgotten stupider, and all he talks about is World of Warcraft, even with girls who have no clue what he's talking about... WOW, thats a nice way to impress a women!" I think he needs help, and i can'teven talk to him anymore, I don't both to... Any way, does he have a life, does he need help?

Sounds like he has one, albeit a worthless one.

I can relate to him I play all the time but im not in school so my grades havent dropped :P But bein a girl i can talk to guys about DDO tell him wow sucks and to try ddo. IT has a 10 day free trial. Hes only in a phase of playin it 24/7 but if it doesnt get better I would talk to his parents about it. If they knew he wasnt doin his homework or sleeping lol because of wow they would do something about it and tell them u dont want him to know u told them and if you ahve their number just call them so you dont have to go to tell them.

Sit down and tell your friend how you feel. You obviously care about him enough to write a few sentences about it at Yahoo Answers. I'd suggest doing it in a way that is as non-judgmental as possible.

well your friend still has a life but obviously it's all about WoW.........i think that in order to help your friend you need to get him the hell out of his house and go some were or do something that doesn't involve WoW

No he is fine.. he just enjoys doing different things than you.

Let him live his life however he wants to live it.

Who says "life" is all about impressing girls and engaging in small talk? Life is whatever you want it to be. That's our freedom.

I really think everyone should be free to live however they want.

As your friend must hate you for this but....You have to tell his parents. He seems to have no life actually and if this persists he needs more help probably. Just tell his parents. Atleast he isn't addicted to Everquest....

No, your friend doesn't have a life. Are his parents stupid too? They need to take control of the situation and turn the computer off so he can't play it.
